Summer Wellness Retreats

Join us at our cabin on 25 acres of land in the beautiful 

Hastings County near Bancroft.

The first floor; living room, casual dining room and kitchen.

Weekend Dates to Choose From:

- Friday June 12 to Sunday June 14, 2009

 

- Friday July 10 to Sunday July 12, 2009

 

 

$210 per person - includes 2 nights accommodation, 2 healthy breakfasts,

2 healthy lunches, and 4 hours of nutritional workshops.

Cash or Visa only. I will require your visa number to reserve your space.

Weekend Agenda:

Arrive Friday after 3 p.m. Evening activities include sitting around the campfire, or if it is raining we can watch a movie together, play cards or a board game, or read. The Bancroft Playhouse Theatre may have a play scheduled in the evenings that you could see at a very reasonable cost or you could go bowling.

      Saturday

-       8:30 a.m Breakfast

-          9:30 - 11:30 a.m Nutrition Workshop

-          12 p.m Lunch

-          Free time in the afternoon and evening

 

       Sunday

-          8:30 a.m Breakfast

-          9:30 - 11:30 a.m Nutrition Workshop

-          12 p.m Lunch

-          Free time and check out by 3 p.m

Local Activities

Bring your own canoe or kayak or rent one in Bancroft to visit  the numerous lakes and rivers in the surrounding area. Other activities include; hiking, rock hunting, art studio tours, fishing, shopping, bowling, and antiquing. For more information please visit  www.commerce.bancroft.on.ca

Accommodations & Amenities

We have 2 bedrooms available, both are on the second floor. Each bedroom contains two twin beds, bedside table, and a dresser. There is a shared bathroom on the 1st floor.

 

The cabin is non-smoking.

Important: Our cabin uses a well for our water supply, so although we do having running hot water, we ask that guests conserve their water usage during their visit.

Bring your own snowshoes, cross country skis, sled, or snowmobile for your free time activities or tour Bancroft and area. There is a store in Bancroft that rents out snow shoes, and other winter gear.
